What are your products made of?
WallJOY products are made of adhesive-free electrically charged polypropylene film that adheres to almost any dry interior surface.
What types of surfaces can your products be applied to?
All our printed whiteboard & posters can stick to almost any smooth, flat, dry, and clean surface. (Painted wall, MDF, glass, stainless steel, whiteboard, and other surfaces)
How long does the static charge last?
After adhering to the surface, the duration of charge can last between 3-6 months depending on the environment, dust exposure, and usage. We guarantee 3 months of usage if stuck once without moving.
Can I use your products outdoors?
Our printed dry erase boards are designed for indoor use only, such as in homes and schools. They are not designed for outdoor use since the static charge is sensitive to wind and humid atmospheric conditions.
Can I stick your products on dark colors and black surfaces?
Unfortunately, no, our printed whiteboards are transparent. In order to show colors and be able to write on them using the black marker, they must be installed on light color surfaces.
If the package contains two sheets and I use only one, how do I store the other sheet?
To store keep it rolled so that the print is inward, and then place in the tube and close tightly to maintain its static charge. (Storage period if left in packaging should not exceed 3 months).
Can I remove it and re-stick it multiple times?
The product (printed whiteboard) is designed to stick in oneplace. You can easily align or reposition it at initial installation only. Otherwise, the electrically charged feature will be spoiled.
Will removing the products damage the surface?
No, our printed dry erase boards are designed to protect the surface they stick on from any damage. They leave absolutely no traces, deformations, or peeling on the surface. The product can be easily removed then replaced with another sheet.
Can I cut your boards?
We do not recommend this action at all, and we ask you to read the dimensions carefully to make sure that it fits in the desired location you would like to place it before purchasing.
Are your products safe for kids and home use?
Yes. All of our products (printed whiteboards) are safe for children and adults, recyclable, chemically inert, PVC-free and phthalate-free.
When I remove it, which recycle bin should I throw it in?
You should throw it in the bin for plastic products.
Is your product water resistant?
No, moisture can cause it to lose its static charge, so our products should be used in dry conditions.
Maintenance & Care
How can I clean your products?
You can clean the surface of the board or poster with any dry cloth.
Does your product collect dust at the edges?
This can happen if you live in an area with traces of dust. To clean the dust, lift part of the board from the corner and wipe using a dry cloth. Reinstall with the palm of your hand. Repeat for all sides of the board that have dust.
How long can I leave writing on the product?
We do not recommend leaving the writing for a long time (more than two weeks) as it will be difficult to dry erase. We recommend cleaning and wiping regularly.
What should I do if I left writing on for a long time and could not wipe it off with a dry cloth?
- We first recommend that you try to clean it by rewriting over the writing with a marker and wiping carefully with a dry cloth.
- If the first method does not work, spray the tip of the dry cloth with cologne and try to carefully wipe the writing in a circular motion.
We recommend the first method as it does not damage the board.
The second method may slightly damage the board when repeated.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- We offer two types of shipping for all Contiguous U.S orders.
1. Standard (4-7 business days): FREE shipping on all orders.
2. Expedited (2 business days): All order it costs Based on total order weight/size.

What shipping providers do you use?
We use "Amazon Fulfillment" so we work with their partner carriers. Orders may take up to 5-10 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.
How do I return an item?
If you are unhappy with your purchased items, you may return if unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for a reasonable reason within 30 days after receiving your item.
