Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and times depend on your location, selected shipping speed, and the weight/size of the items.
We offer FREE shipping for all Contiguous U.S orders.

* Fulfilled by Amazon: your order will arrive in an Amazon box. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
* Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur. (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events, etc.)
If you still have not received your purchase after 1-2 weeks of your order, please notify support@walljoy.store
and provide your order number.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
Your successfully placed orders will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us immediately at support@walljoy.store for confirmation.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
WallJOY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
WallJOY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
